Attendee assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the Avondale Estates Wine & Art Walk. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless the Avondale Estates Downtown Development Authority, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
Under Georgia Law, there is no liability for the injury or death of an individual entering the Avondale Estates Wine & Art Walk if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. Attendee assumes this risk by entering the event.
All attendees will be required to show a valid ID prior to participating in the event. Georgia law prohibits the consumption and purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21.
All tickets are non-refundable. The event is rain or shine.
Always drink responsibly and in moderation. The Avondale Estates Wine & Art Walk reserves the right to refuse service to any person it deems to be intoxicated. Under no circumstances should ticketholders drink and drive. Arrange ride share and designated driver transportation options in advance. If you need assistance with arranging transportation home via a ride-share service, taxi, or more, please ask a volunteer or business staff.
