ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Events Hatched, Inc. and their owners, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the event. In taking part in Nashville Tequila Festival, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation, including the risk in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to Nashville Tequila Festival. I will follow all regulations and protective measures established by the event organizers.

I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and media.
