Purchaser agrees to hold harmless Kiwanis International, Kiwanis Club of North Gwinnett, the City of Braselton and Braselton Civic Center, any Kiwanis members, dance sponsors, agents and vendors associated with the Kiwanis Father Daughter Dance for any name, image, or likeness in any marketing, promotional, or media photography.
