Date-specific tickets cannot be exchanged for a different date. These tickets are limited in availability, with a set quantity allocated for each festival day. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as dates may 'sell out,' meaning no additional tickets will be available either online or at the on-site ticket booth.
On sold-out dates, no additional tickets will be released later in the day, and no exceptions can be made for any reason. We understand you may have traveled far, be celebrating a special occasion, or be part of a group that already has tickets. However, once a date is sold out, it means there are no more tickets available for purchase.
The safety of our attendees and participants is our top priority. The festival operates rain or shine, except in rare cases when severe weather or unsafe conditions beyond our control force us to close. If the festival is unable to open, a full refund, including the online ticket service fee, will be automatically processed by the ticket provider. You are welcome to purchase new tickets for an available event date, provided it is not sold out. Please note that tickets are non-exchangeable and cannot be transferred to another date after purchase.
Refunds will not be provided on days with inclement weather if the festival remains open. Our cast and crew work hard to ensure a rainy day is still enjoyable, with some scheduled performances adjusted for safety, if necessary.
For non-weather-related requests for ticket exchanges or refunds, such as emergencies or illness, the festival’s online ticket provider, Big Tickets, offers an optional policy through a third-party insurance company. This policy may allow a refund under specific terms and conditions. If ticket insurance is not purchased, tickets remain non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different date after purchase. Please note, ticket insurance, refunds, and rescheduling are not available for tickets that were fully discounted, such as those given to promotional contest winners.
