VIP Package - FAQ’s
How can I purchase a VIP package?
You can purchase a VIP package by visiting zachtop.com/tour, find the city of your choice, then click the ‘Tickets’ button to the right of your selected city which will direct you to the ticketing website. If you have any trouble, please reach out to the venue box office directly.
Q. Can I purchase a VIP package over the phone?
We are unable to process orders over the phone. All VIP packages must be purchased online through the ticketing website.
Q. When can I purchase a VIP package?
VIP packages will go on sale at the same time as regular tickets and remain on sale until packages are sold out or until a few days before the show. You may purchase tickets during the pre-sale, prior to the general public on sale.
Q. Does this VIP package have a minimum age requirement to attend?
We adhere to the venue’s age requirement policy.
Q. Where will I receive my tickets?
During the purchase process, you will have the option of choosing to have your tickets mailed to you, printed at home, held at the box office window, or saved on your mobile device to show at the time of the event. Regardless of how your tickets are obtained, you will still need to check in at VIP Check-In to ensure you get to take advantage of all the benefits that come with your VIP package! As it gets closer to the event, the ticket purchaser will receive an informational email including the exact time and location for VIP Check-in. Please bring a valid photo identification and stay tuned for that email! Don’t forget to check your spam folder as well.
Q. How do I know where my seats are located?
General admission tickets, commonly labeled as GA, have no specific seating locations and are typically standing room only. A reserved seat is an assigned seat you select during the purchase process. Most venues will have a seating map available during the purchase process that you can refer to so you can see exactly where your seats are located prior to purchasing.
Q. Am I able to request accessible seating with my VIP program?
Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate guests. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies and/or the type of event taking place. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating, please reach out to the venue box office directly to request accessible seating.
Q. How will I know when and where to go to access my VIP package elements?
You will receive an email a few days prior to the concert including all the key details regarding your VIP program information, including timing and locations. If you did not receive one, please be sure to check your spam folder, and if you still have not received it, please contact our guest services team via email us at vip@zachtop.com
Q. What does my package include?
Please return to your city’s ticketing site to see a detailed description of what each package includes, particularly the one you purchased.
Q. What does early entry mean?
You will receive an informational email with the VIP program timing closer to the day of the show. Typically, early entry includes entering the venue prior to the general public.
Q. What do I need to get into the show or pick up my VIP credentials?
You will need the purchaser’s driver’s license and/or passport along with the ticket/ proof of purchase.
Q. What if I can no longer attend, change my mind, no longer want my package? Can I request a refund for my package, or can I give my package to a friend?
All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the purchase policy for additional information. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact our guest services to request more information on an alternative option.
Q. Can I still receive my merchandise if I am unable to attend the show?
All merchandise must be received at VIP Check-in and if it is not picked up during that time, we are unfortunately unable to ship it.
Q. If I can no longer attend, can I give my package to a friend?
Please contact our guest services team at vip@zachtop.com to inquire about your options. Just make sure to contact us ahead of time and we may be able to offer an alternate guest pick-up. Be sure to provide a copy of your driver’s license or passport in addition to a copy of the purchase confirmation. This will ensure that your friend can check in on your behalf.
Q. Is Parking included?
Parking is not included with your VIP package. Please refer to the venue’s website for parking information.

VIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Purchases made on a third-party site are subject to their purchase policy.
• All sales are final, non-refundable.
• Packages cannot be resold.
• The resale of VIP packages is subject to local and state regulations. We assume no liability arising from your resale or attempted resale of these packages.
• The resale of VIP packages subjects you to the cancellation of your order and any pending orders and the additional review of any future purchases. These cancellations do not subject you to a refund.
• Certain packages are eligible for a name change. Name changes must be made in writing prior to the event. Please contact customer service to request a name change or alternate pick up.
• We reserve the right to, without refund of any portion of the package purchased, to refuse admission or eject any person from an event if they do not comply with policies put in place by the event, state, or local agencies, or for conduct unbecoming, illegal, vulgar, abusive, threatening, uncomfortable, aggressive and have the right to remove your ability to make purchases in the future.
• You may be relocated to a different seating location at the sole discretion of the venue and does not entitle you to a refund or other remedy if it is a comparable seating location.
• You may not use your package for any marketing or other commercial purchases such as contests, auctions, or giveaways.
• VIP packages are subject to altered or varied deliverables without obligation to make a refund.
• It is your responsibility to check in at the designated time and location as outlined in your VIP information email sent to you before the show. If you are late we cannot guarantee you will be able to participate in any of the deliverables or receive any physical goods as outlined in your package.
• It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address when purchasing to receive these information emails. Please also check your spam folder for these. We are not responsible for any email not received based on incorrect information or you not checking your spam folder.
• Photos taken during the VIP experience, including Meet & Greet photos, may be used for marketing and promotional use at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to change product delivery methods without notice.
• If you need special accommodations, you agree to contact us in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the show you are attending. We do not own or control the venues where the VIP packages are being executed but we will make the effort to accommodate requests.
• The venue and/or event’s promoter determines the policies surrounding an event postponement or cancellation. These policies vary and we will comply with these as set forth by the venue and/or event promoter.
• Service and/or ticketing fees may be added to your VIP package price that was originally displayed. These fees vary per venue.
• We are not responsible for any mechanical, technical, or human error during the purchase process.
• VIP package availability is subject to change and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• All advertised on-sale dates and times are subject to change.
• Often, venues and event promoters will set a ticket limit for fans, this applies to VIP packages as well. Any applicable VIP package purchase limits will be advertised on the ticketing site.
