Set-up Shift Volunteer (9am-1pm)

Thank You for choosing to work the 9am-1pm setup shift. This involves setting up beer tents, loading beer and ice, setting up band equipment, and general preparation for opening. We need you checked in no later than 9AM.

Setup shift Volunteers earn $35 in Festival Tokens that can be used to purchase food, merchandise, OR half off of (1) general admission ticket to the event ($37.50). If interested in VIP ticket, volunteer can purchase (1) VIP for $112.50.

Ticketing/Check-In Volunteer (12pm-4pm)

Thank You for choosing to work the day of the event as a volunteer for the mid-afternoon Registration shift. Please be checked in by 11:45 AM .

This shift will be responsible for checking in and out of volunteers, setting up registration areas and other tasks to help the festival volunteer shifts run as smoothly as possible.

TIcketing Volunteers earn $20 in Festival Tokens which can be redeemed for free entry ( General Admission) to the event at 4PM-6PM or can be used for food or merchandise.

Beer Pouring Volunteer (1pm-6pm)

Thank You for choosing to work the day of the event as a volunteer for serving beer. The pouring shift is from 1-6pm and involves pouring beer into tasting glasses for attendees. Please plan to arrive at 12:30pm

Beer Pouring Volunteers- receives $30 in festival tokens for food and merchandise.

Note Pourers are restricted from consuming while pouring per GA State Law.

Ice, Beer & Event Close Volunteer (1:30pm-6:30pm)

Thank You for choosing to work the day of the event as a ice/beer refill and close out volunteer.

The shift involves refilling beer and ice within park and closing out left-over beer.

You will receive $30 in Festival credits that can be used for food, and/or merchandise.

Recycling Volunteer (12:00pm-3:30pm or 3:00-6:30pm)- please note shift time under company name

You will receive $15 in Festival credits that can be used for food, and/or merchandise for working (1) of the available shifts or $30 in Festival credits if you volunteer the full shift from 12:00-6:30pm

Volunteering for the 2025 Roswell Beer Festival is a tremendous way to give back to the community, and have fun at the same time! Come spend the day with us creating one of the most sought after festivals in the Southeast. 2,000 people will count on over 300 of "us" to raise over $200,000 for the STAR House Foundation! 

Your interest in helping us serve is humbling, and we are thrilled to have you.  We have matured our Volunteer program based on feedback and experiences over the past 10 years to make volunteering with us fun, and rewarding.  We are planning to have more pourers per booth, so there can be more breaks and leisure time for his demanding shift.

We have developed and refined a compensation model that is rewarding to volunteers and fair to the charity we are all working  to raise money for. Details below

To register as a volunteer, please choose the shift that you are interested in below. You can see the times and descriptions for each shift. Even though we use a ticketing engine to process this, there is absolutely no charge at all.
