*AGE POLICY Wine Riot is open only to individuals 21-years or older. No one under the age of 21, including children in strollers or baby carriers, will be admitted.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
By purchasing a ticket and attending Wine Riot (the “Event”), you expressly assume any and all risks, whether expressly set forth herein, as well as any other risks and dangers incidental or in any way relating to your presence during the Event, including any risks that occur prior, during or after the Event or any risks that are not foreseeable, such as, any and all risks arising from or relating to the acts or omissions of others (including exhibitors, sponsors, Event attendees, venue owners or operators and their staff, employees and agents; or the Event organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents or designees).

REFUND POLICY Wine Riot tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All events take place rain or shine.

PHOTO POLICY By using your ticket/credentials to attend Wine Riot (the "Event"), you grant Wine Riot (and its ownership, affiliate companies, contractors and licensees) the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual, royalty-free right and license throughout the universe to (1) broadcast/stream live, and/or record (by photographs, film, video, tape, aural devices and any other method or device) you and your appearance (including your name, voice and quotations, image, likeness, actions, participation and performance) at the Event (the "Recordings"), and (2) use, modify, copy, distribute and/or exploit such Recordings for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to advertising, promotional, editorial and/or commercial trade purposes for and associated with the Event, future and/or affiliated events, and/or the Event’s sponsors, and each of their respective products and services, in any and all media, formats and methods of transmission now known or hereafter developed.

**Tickets are first come, first served with limited space available or while supplies last. Promotion discount does not apply to service fee or applicable taxes.
