Lycoming College invites the Williamsport community and surrounding areas to enjoy a free show in its Detwiler Planetarium on Friday, December 1st.

 "Unveiling Pluto" is a captivating planetarium show chronicling its discovery and mysterious features. From Clyde Tombaugh's breakthrough in 1930 to the New Horizons mission, explore Pluto's icy landscapes, its heart-shaped region, and the ongoing scientific quests uncovering its secrets. An immersive journey into cosmic enigma awaits, inviting audiences to marvel at the mysteries of our celestial neighbor.

This event is free and open to the public. To secure your spot, reserve free tickets via BigTickets beginning Friday, November 24th. Doors will open 15 minutes before start of show. Please note that there will be no admittance after the show begins. You can find us at the Lynn Science Center, located on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Mulberry Street.
