Joining us are esteemed guest presenters, Richard Walsh from Cowgirl and Cypress Grove Creameries, and Kevin Ouzts, the maestro behind Spotted Trotter. Special Guest Presenters:
Richard Walsh, Cowgirl and Cypress Grove Creameries in Northern California. Both creameries are women owned and produce organic cheeses. All five featured cheeses are award winners both nationally and internationally. American Cheese Society recognizes Richard as a Certified Cheese Professional.
Kevin Ouzts, owner of Spotted Trotter and recipient of Good Foods award will present five of his charcuterie. Kevin was recognized in the latest Wine Spectator Magazine aticle, "Artisan Charcuterier in America" as one of the American charcuterie producers whose products rival the best of Europe. He was Chef at French Laundry in Napa and has been Guest Chef at Master's Golf Tournament for several years.
