In taking part in Chattanooga Summer Cocktail Festival, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation related to Chattanooga Summer Cocktail Festival. I will follow all regulations and protective measures established by the event organizers.

I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and media.
