Overstory Rooftop Bar is thrilled to host an exclusive Holiday Entertaining Cocktail Class on November 10th from 3 PM - 4 PM. As the holiday season approaches, guests are invited to are invited to refine their mixology skills and learn how to craft two of Overstory’s unique holiday cocktails. 

Guided by Food and Beverage Director, Ashley Castillo, participants will learn how to create the Winter Chill and the Fall Spritz (NA).Both cocktails are thoughtfully designed to showcase seasonal flavors and can be easily batched, making them perfect for holiday gatherings. Throughout this immersive experience, guests will delve into the nuances of seasonal ingredients, refine essential cocktail techniques, and gain valuable presentation tips—all while soaking in Overstory’s vibrant ambiance.
