Sandestin Wine Festival Wine Dinners are a festival favorite and the perfect way to celebrate & kick off The Festival Weekend. Hosted by Poppy's Crazy Lobster & Wente Family vineyards, this wine dinner will be an exciting evening of premium vintages paired with culinary artistry. Dinner starts @ 6:30PM. Seating for this event is limited.

Course 1

Baked brie on croute with apple and pear compote, crostini, citrus dressed greens

Pairing: Blanchard Perez Cava 

Course 2

Seafood Factory Salad

Tuscan Spring greens, blistered tomato, pickled onions, goat cheese crumbles, pomegranate seeds, citrus vinaigrette, candied pecans.

Pairing: Wente Louis Mel Sauvignon Blanc

Course 3

Pork Porterhouse, served over crispy fried heirloom potatoes, grilled asparagus, served with pinot noir and cherry pan jus, finished with Citrus sage butter.

Pairing:  Wente Baily Hill Pinot Noir

Course 4

Flourless Chocolate Cake

Vanilla & Cherry Compote
